For over 30 years H.E. Malachi Z. York has taught that this day would come, that humanity would rise above and beyond the separations of race, religion and gender. The message? Think! Question any and everything; stop relying on handouts; get off the fence and realize that the helping hand you’re looking for is at the end of your own arm. While other leaders talked about culture, H.E. Malachi Z. York ignited dormant minds which came together to build a cultural city called Tama-Re where people gathered to focus on family, spirituality, and economic stability. And for this, he has been falsely accused and imprisoned.

He Is Not A Terrorist Nor A Murderer
Currently, H.E. Malachi Z. York is being held in Florence Colorado Administrative Supermax Prison, locked-down 23 hours a day and subjected to medical torture. A civil suit for an emergency medical transfer 07-CV-01297-BNB, has been filed against the Bureau Of Prisons (B.O.P.) which acknowledges, yet refuses to treat, H.E. Malachi Z. York’s potentially fatal disease Acute Hereditary Angiodema.
Symptoms of this disease include swelling of the face, throat, and extremities, which frequently and increasingly causes hives and asphyxiation leading to black outs. The B.O.P. has been subpoenaed to release all of H.E. Malachi Z. York’s medical records. These records show that B.O.P. officials have diagnosed his condition and acknowledged him as a level 2 care patient. Yet they refuse to treat him by placing him in Florence Colorado Administrative Supermax Prison, a facility which is not equipped to treat his condition. B.O.P. medical logs tell that H.E. Malachi Z. York blacked out and had to be rushed to a medical facility more than 45 minutes away. They also show that on more than one occasion, the medicine administered to H.E. Malachi Z. York by prison officials caused symptoms mimicking Acute Hereditary Angiodema. For this reason civil action 07-CV-01297-BNB, has been filed for the emergency medical transfer of H.E. Malachi Z. York to a facility properly equipped to treat Acute Hereditary Angiodema.
